HABTM Create plugin

This plugin fixes the has_and_belongs_to_many#create behavior so it correctly populates the join table for the created records.

Install the plugin: 
ruby script/plugin install http://svn.hasmanythrough.com/public/plugins/habtm_create/

This plugin will become obsolete after the next release of Ruby on Rails, when the equivalent bugfix is incorporated. This fix is also available in trunk Rails.
